Provide Clinical and Administrative support to Palliative Care Program. Daily Assessment of Palliative Care Patients. Work collaboratively with Physicians and Staff to coordinate efforts of the Palliative Care Program. Oversees Palliative Care Chaplain and Pet Therapy Program.Assist Nursing Education when necessary. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Patient Care Services.
NYS RN License. Competency and/or Certification in Palliative Care and Hospice. BSN required. Master's Degree Preferred. Exceptional Assessment Skills.Knowledge and Skills necessary to provide Emotional, Psychosocial and Spiritual Care.
