harvard medical School Mind/Body Institute Program offered at southampton Hospital by harvard trained staff

Special mind/Body programs Have been developed for those coping with cancer, Breast Cancer, Cardiac Disease, HIV/AIDS, Diabetes, & Chronic Pain.

The program includes (1) an initial assessment,  (2) Eight 90 minute weekly group sessions and  (3) a Post-Program Assessment.  It combines stress management, relaxation response techniques, cognitive-behavioral strategies, nutrition, yoga, massage, exercise, journal writing, group support, humor and much more!
