Southampton Hospital and Meeting House Lane Medical Practice (MHLMP) will now offer patients the opportunity to take charge of their health via the Patient Portal. This is a convenient, secure, online tool available 24/7 that will help you:

  • View, download, or transmit your health record
  • Exchange secure messaging with your physician and staff members (MHLMP only)
  • Request medication renewals (MHLMP only)
  • Request appointments (MHLMP only)

To sign up, please ask for details when you are being admitted to Southampton Hospital or at your next visit to any Meeting House Lane Medical Practice location.

Please Note: For Southampton Hospital, only patients admitted to the hospital or under observation may sign up forĀ  the portal. Only health information transmitted after enrollment will appear within the portal. Your previous visit information will remain in your electronic health record, but you will be unable to see a record of any visits prior to enrollment. Your medical information will be kept secure as per HIPPA regulations.
