Directions from the west on the Long Island Expressway
Take the Long Island Expressway (LIE Route 495) east to exit 70.
Take Route 111 south to the Sunrise Highway (Route 27, which becomes Country Road 39). Travel east for approximately 20 miles to the hospital sign, "H." At the intersection of North Sea Road in Southampton, turn right at the traffic light (there is a 7-11 convenience store at this intersection).
Proceed straight ahead through four traffic lights and at the fifth traffic light turn left on to Meeting House Lane and go directly to the Hospital.
Directions from the west on the Sunrise Highway
Take the Sunrise Highway (Route 27) east; it becomes an undivided highway – continue on that road (Route 27/County Road 39) to the hospital sign, "H." At the intersection of North Sea Road in Southampton, turn right at the traffic light (there is a 7-11 convenience store at this intersection). Proceed through four traffic lights and at the fifth traffic light turn left on to Meeting House Lane and go directly to the Hospital.
Directions from the east on the Sunrise Highway
Take the Sunrise Highway (Route 27/Country Road 39) to the light at the intersection at Hampton Road (just past The Princess Diner). Go straight at that light rather than following the highway, which veers to the right. Follow Hampton Road to the blue hospital “H” sign at Old Town Road. Turn left on Old Town for two blocks, then right on Meeting House Lane to the Hospital.
