Job Description
Position is in Pre-Surgical testing. Responsible for conducting Health Assessments on pre-operative patients.Must work collaboratively with pre-operative team including anesthesia, surgeons and primary care providers. Conducts histories and physicals, interpret labs.
Requirements
New York State Registered Nurse License
New York State Nurse Practitioner License
National Board Certification: AANC or AANP
